Playdate!!!

Today we had an impromtu playdate at the house. Karen and Addison decided to take a drive up to York for a visit so Michelle, Makenzie, Grayson, Heather, Chase, Scott and Maddux all came over to play. It was a MADHOUSE..............but it was a lot of fun!!

Today at 4pm my mother and I took Katie to the Pullo Center at Penn State York to see Bob The Builder. I was expecting to make it about 30 minutes but she surprised us all and we made it through the whole show! The funny thing about the whole experience is that Katie has never even watched Bob The Builder, I just thought she might enjoy a "live" show so I bought them on a whim. She generally seemed interested for the first half and by the second half she would only pay attention when "Spud" was on stage, she kept calling him snowman so that kept Mom and I in stitches!!

Today Katie and I went over to see Izzie and our favorite little guy Tripp. Tripp is two months old today so I thought I would go crazy and take a million pictures of him and his cute little smile. I worked really hard to catch those smiles and I kept tickling him and cooing at him until I got a few more, then Katie jumped in and started playing with him too!! It was so cute.....enjoy!!

Grammy and Pop are BACK!!!

The day after Christmas my parents took off for Costa Rica and late last night the finally came back home to see us!!! Of course we made sure they were up nice and early this morning and were over at their house at 9:30am to play and then after Katie's nap they came over to our house for more play time...........we probably wore them out! Here are some pictures from our day.

Happy Birthday Grandma!!

Tonight we went over to Grandma (Great-Grandma) Lucia's house to help celebrate her birthday. We had lots of fun and of course some good eats, Grandma even surprised Katie with a new Mickey Mouse video, how cool is that!!! Oh and that first picture, fierce huh? I'm going to guess she was either screaming or mid-laugh, either way it's a funny one that I just had to add!!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

Happy New Year!!! 2009 started off great, Katie slept until 8am and we enjoyed a morning full of shopping, for a new matress but hey, we were out!! After nap time we went over to Nat's parents house for a nice big pasta dinner to celebrate the holiday, plus cake and ice cream....yum. The picture above is Katie and her Grandpa snuggled up watching Wall-E, one of Katie's gifts from Santa.
