Space Shuttle Discovery

On February 24th we were fortunate to see the very last Shuttle Discovery launch. We were heading down to Florida for a Disney vacation and when we heard that Discovery was making it's final launch we decided to leave a day early. We saw the launch from just outside Canaveral National Seashore. It was an awesome thing to see and I'm so glad we were able to share it with Katie, even if she won't remember it!

Father Daughter Dance 2011

For the second year in a row Nat escorted Katie to the annual Country Club of York Father Daughter Dance. They both had a blast and I got to spend a little fun time with Tripp and Liz at the Mother Son putt-putt.

January 2011

So I have been ignoring my blog, I don't know how I just forgot to update this thing, but I did! January was pretty eventful, Katie had her ballet and tap recital, we finally got a little snow and she started taking swimming lessons again. Here are the pictures, in reverse, sorry I even forgot how to upload pictures in the correct order!

Christmas!

This year, like in years past, our annual Christmas traditions were followed and we all had a wonderful Christmas! It all started off with Christmas Eve at Grandma and Grandpa Burt's house. Of course this year was extra special because it was baby Will's 1st Christmas! YAY!! Katie's first two "Big" gifts from Grandma and Grandpa were already out for her to play with, a princess scooter and some zhu-zhu pets!!

Later on Christmas Day we went over to Grammy and Pop's house to open even more presents! With the continuing theme of all things Rapunzel, Izzie got Katie 3 feet of Rapunzel hair. Sooo funny, sorry the pictures are out of order.?!
