This morning our neighbors, the Marquis Family, were nice enough to invite us up to the Country Club of York for a morning dip. Kristin (Marquis) had a tennis lesson that overlapped with her childrens swimming lessons so she asked if Katie and I could come and keep an eye on the kids for the 30 minutes that she would be gone.
No problem for us!
The Country Club has an awesome baby pool, Katie loved all of the kids, toys and room to run around she didn't want to leave even after falling face first into the water! I feel somewhat guilty that I didn't get to play with Kristin's children, Katie would not leave the baby pool, but they seemed to enjoy jumping off of the diving board and playing with their friends more than hanging in the baby pool.
I was finally able to remove Katie from the pool about 20 minutes after she normally goes down for her nap, she was beginning to get that glazed look in her eyes and I was starting to think another face plant into the pool was in our future. I brought her home and she was asleep in under five minutes, I LOVE THE POOL!
Katie all by herself in the huge baby pool, she loved it!
Our neighbor, and Katie's future husband R.J., hitting a ping-pong ball for Katie to chase. Katie really does love R.J., everytime she sees him she says "Hi J", it's really cute!
Talking a goldfish break, it's hard work being a swimming pool diva!
