Christmas Fun!

This year my mother and I thought it would be fun to start a new tradition and take Katie to see "The Nutcracker" performed by the Greater York Dance Academy at the Strand-Capitol Performing Arts Center. We all really enjoyed the show, and Katie did surprisingly well for a 4 year old!

After the show we met Pop and Daddy for dinner at Maewyn's and it was delicious!
This year the family Christmas party at CCY was a little different, we decided to move from a stuffy meal to a brunch with Santa and some crafts. The idea was a great hit and it was packed and the kids had fun, here is Katie making a Christmas decoration.

Cute!
Katie's other Christmas love, besides Santa, has been the Christmas lights spectacular at Rocky Ridge Park. This year she was lucky to go twice, this time with Grammy, Pop, Mommy and Daddy and then later on in the week with Grandma and Grandpa Burt.....lucky duck!
Katie walking along the brightly colored path, she told me the rainbows were her favorite!

Happy as a clam.
Be-bopping her way through the park.....if life could all be this fun!

Katie is 4!

How fast time flies when you aren't paying attention. I really can't believe that Katie is 4 already, although there are days when I swear she's already 13! For her birthday party we decided to break out of the house and head somewhere fun, so we booked Atomic Bounce in Red Lion for a little bouncy fun! For the theme, well that was easy too, Katie loves all thinks "pink" right now and her absolute favorite book is Pinkalicious, so a Pinkalicious cupcake party it was!

Halloween!!

These next two pictures are out of order, but this is Katie returning home from Trick or Treat, as you can tell it was a cold night.
What did she find, yummy?
It was a little bit chilly Halloween night, but it didn't seem to spoil the excitement that comes with Trick or Treat!
