Christmas Morning.

So here are the pictures from Christmas Morning at our house. I apologize for the lateness but I have been sick since Christmas Day and have moved very little and done close to nothing. As of now we are sticking with "sinus infection" as the official diagnosis but the medication isn't seeming to clear much up so we might have to amend that.

Anyway, Christmas morning was wonderful and so much fun with a 3 year old! Katie got up around 7:30am and before we even got her out of bed I called both sets of Grandparents so they could be here when she saw the tree for the first time (with presents under them!). Above is the thank you letter from Santa, to Katie, and the half eaten carrots, no cookies left though?!
When we came down the steps we diverted Katie into the kitchen so she could see her thank you letter and get her stocking, which was in the family room.
All of the Grandparents were at the house by 8am and Katie was busy playing with her toys from the previous night at Grandma and Grandpa Burt's house.
Katie's 1st reaction to seeing the tree, in the living room, she was SO happy!!
She almost missed the dollhouse, it was off to the side of the room. She was so excited to see it that she played with it for about five minutes while everybody got a cup of coffee.
Nat got Katie a plasma car, just from him, and with an unfinished basement she has lots of room to use it even in the winter.
Still playing with the doll house.
Still playing.............
Opening up a gift from Emma, she also got a game and a big wheel!! Yay!!
Opening more gifts.
Freaking out over "Toy Story 2", she wanted it very badly.
In her Snow White dress up outfit, she really loves the wand and waves it around everywhere.
Sitting in her new beanbag chair, reading a book to Kiko. (her invisible friend)
Adorable!
