Nat's Company Picnic

Today was Nat's annual company picnic down in Elicott City, Md. It was a great set-up, once again, but unfortunatly it was really stinkin' hot. We got to the picnic at 11:30am, which was the official start time, but of course we were the only ones that came at the start time. At first I was upset that no one else was there until Nat's put it together that Katie could have the Moon bounce all to herself, as well as all of the other fun toys. So off we went to sample the fun stuff. By 2pm Katie was so red in the face from constantly moving in 94 degree weather that I made the decision to shut it down, pack it in and head home. We all had a blast and if it would have been about 10 degrees cooler we would probably still be there, bouncing on the Moon bounce!!

Taking a pause from bouncing.

Katie had something in her shoe and kept stopping and saying "yucky", so we had to pause to clean off her feet!

Switching to the playground for a moment and about to head down the slide.

Bouncing.

She enjoyed falling!

Here is an example of how red she got from playing, and this was after only about 45 minutes.

Eating a well deserved cracker!

I made her slow down and take a coloring break, I thought between the heat and all of the bouncing she was going to get sick!

Lunch was a hot dog, corn and 2 cookies. Not too bad?!

The next two pictures are Katie's "catching air" shots. She was really bouncing her heart out!

Look at those cheeks, this is when we called it a day......she was pooped and so was Nat, they are both currently napping!!
